Brandon Raynor is an Australian trained Naturopath who came up with a simple yet very effective form of massage therapy. He started teaching his massage courses in Sydney, Australia in 1997 and by 2001 was holding massage courses across Australia. In 2002, he held his first massage course in London.
His unique massage courses are a very effective combination of massage techniques drawn from worldwide massage styles,
such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, acupressure, shiatsu, Thai massage, Hawaiian massage and Ayurvedic massage. He also uses many massage techniques that he created himself.

Learn a combination of practical “hands-on” techniques drawn from many of the world’s great traditions and developed by Brandon Raynor himself. This massage certification also involves learning strategies involved in performing a good massage treatment.
The combination of these techniques and strategies works towards an overall goal of total release of all tension in the muscles of the body and opening up of the channels or meridians through which the chi (life force) flows.

5 days of the Raynor Massage Certificate program plus 5 more exceptional information-packed days.
Following on from the Raynor Massage Certificate you'll go further into identifying and removing deep-seated stress held in the muscles. You'll also learn aspects of reflexology, aromatherapy, and face and scalp massage using acupressure points.
The Diploma Course can be undertaken in one two week period, or the first 5 days of the Certificate program can be completed first, and the remaining 5 days completed some time in the future.
An Introduction to the Advanced Raynor Massage Diploma

Advanced training for experienced graduates of the Raynor Massage Certificate course.
The Advanced Raynor Massage Diploma course teaches students to increase their diagnostic and treatments skills to make their treatments even more effective and transformative. The main focus of this course is the stimulation of chi flow in the body and the release of pent up emotional material.
This course is only open to previous graduates so the pace of the course will be intense and quicker, focusing on each of the students in the class and individualizing the massage treatment to suit the individual. The Advanced Diploma is only taught by the head of the school and founder of the Raynor massage style, Naturopath Brandon Raynor.
In 2002, Brandon started teaching his massage courses London, Edinburgh and Manchester. Since then we have taught more than 20 massage courses in the UK and have taught several massage courses in Dublin, Ireland and Munich, Germany as well.
The 5 day Raynor Massage Certificate Course teaches the essence of Raynor massage. Raynor massage has as its goal the elimination of all muscle tension in the body. To do this we locate tight muscles by touch, then using the theory that all tightness in the body exists as bands, or meridians, we follow the bands to get rid of tension from the source. This is similar to the acupressure meridians of shiatsu. It’s a very comprehensive hands on course that is deep tissue, yet it’s totally suitable for beginners.
The 10 day Raynor Massage Diploma Course includes the 5 days of the Certificate Course and has 5 more days of massaging added. As well as giving the student extra time to have supervised practice we have a full day of reflexology which is the art of finding spots on the hands and feet that have a reflex action on another part of the body. The 10 day Diploma Course also includes a full day of aromatherapy.
Aromatherapy is the art of using 100% natural essential oils to enhance the therapeutic effects of your body massage treatment. For example Lavender oil can be used to help a client relax while Eucalyptus can be used to stimulate and loosen tight muscles.
The 10 day Diploma Course also has a full day student clinic. Student’s friends and family are invited on this day for a free massage.
There are no prerequisites to any of our courses except for our Advanced Raynor Massage Diploma Course, which is taught by the founder of the school, Brandon Raynor Students applying for this course must have completed the 10 day Raynor Massage Diploma Course. Insurance is available after completing our massage course and you are able to practice in the UK and the Republic of Ireland as well as many other places throughout the world. When I did the massage course in Brisbane last year, I'd had 6 months of severe lower back pain, with a pain level of 8 - 9 out of 10. I'd had Chinese accupressure massage in Cairns and Traditional Thai massage in Bangkok, which only 'helped' for 4 - 6 hours.
